We follow the NACHI (www.nachi.org) standards of practice.
We perform a complete Home inspection using the NACHI SOP, covering all the main components of the home. We look for faults and areas of concern no matter how small.
We explain our findings, the seriousness as well as the approximate cost to repair for each area of concern.
The report will list our recommendations in an easy to understand format.
